Ivan M. Illán is an award-winning, globally recognized wealth management entrepreneur and financier, having raised and managed more than $1Billion since 1996. At age 13, Ivan started pursuing innovative ways to invest using his college fund. Such early interest was inspired by his grandfather, Jose M. Illán, former Undersecretary of the Treasury for the Castro Revolutionary Government. As the founder of several firms, Ivan has directed global macro capital allocations for institutional and high net worth clients who seek optimal financial outcomes. Today, he serves as founder and chief investment officer at a wealth advisory firm responsible for more than $350Million AUM/AUA, leveraged by an advisor network for clients across the U.S., Central/South America, and Europe.

Ivan received degrees in finance and philosophy from Boston College and is a member of CFA Institute (Passed Level I of the CFA Program). He also holds the Certified Fund Specialist (CFS) designation. Ivan is philanthropically involved in ending homelessness and fostering contemporary artists. He and his husband are based in Los Angeles.
